BreamTeam recently produced a film for Greenwich Starting Blocks, to coincide with their annual Gala Dinner to highlight the impressive year their young athletes have had.

The Greenwich Starting Blocks Trust is a charity committed to helping young people’s sporting dreams come true. It provides bursaries to give young athletes a chance to develop their talents and it required a film that was to be shown at their annual Gala Dinner which featured guest speaker, sports presenter Steve Rider.

The concept, design and production of the film came from the BreamTeam Media studios, who wanted to produce a stirring, yet captivating animation.  BreamTeam Managing Director, Dan Bream said: “We wanted to create a video that gave an overview of the young athletes successes as well as the charity as a whole.

“The concept was to showcase the journey and as it was the annual Dinner, it was fitting to create the ‘One Year On’ title and approach.”

Featuring ten key events of the 2009/2010 year, including personal bests, medals, podium finishes and high profile fundraising events, the film made use of video clips and photo cuttings surrounding these key items.  The video was then given a first play exclusive, live at the Greenwich Starting Blocks Gala Dinner on 16th September in front of the attending guests, athletes and key personnel.
