BreamTeam are pleased to be supporting the Inaugural Gala Dinner for Care after Combat, which is taking place at The Dorchester Hotel in London this evening (31st March).
The charity was setup in August 2014 by Simon Weston OBE and Jim Davidson OBE and helps to maintain and promote camaraderie in the Veterans community for those feeling vulnerable or at unrest with society.
Care after Combat Chairman, Jim Davidson said: “It has been a very speedy ride since Simon, Goose and I realised that there was a gap that needed filling in veteran care. It was August 2014 when the idea was formed – we would do prisons, drink and drugs… and then we’d help some soldiers!
“There are some great military charities. We hope to join these ranks as we concentrate on the things the others don’t do.”
The event is sold-out and will see the launch of the charity’s exciting new projects.
