BreamTeam completed a full branding and digital excercise to create the new Charlton Athletic Community Trust's Patrons Scheme, which was launched in April 2011.
Charlton Athletic Community Trust (CACT) works with over 7,500 young people every week across the south-east region.
There are 15 distinct strands of activity and the Trust has been seeking individual and corporate patrons to support each strand for the next three years.

CACT Patrons Scheme
The overall brand and visual elements created for the Patrons Scheme, were then applied to both traditional marketing material, as well as a promotional DVD. This was in the shape of a brochure, presentation and film, encompassing all 15 strands that CACT deliver.
BreamTeam created a 10 minute film, which included footage from all of the strands, including Advanced Centres, Women and Girls Programme, Youth Achievement Foundation, Disability and Mental Health to name a few.
This was then produced as a fully branded DVD which was attached to the brochure.
In addition, the CACT website was also given an update, with BreamTeam giving the Goldfish CMS system a refresh to include the new Patrons Scheme additions.
